Shipping and handling charges

Most domestic deliveries are made via FedEx Ground or other ground carrier. The total delivery time of your order is based on the selected processing time and shipping method (ground or express).

Express delivery services are not available for PO boxes, FPO and APO addresses.

A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.

Delivery charges shown are per delivery address and reflect the number of working days for delivery from the date of purchase.

Free shipping and handling offers are valid only on the shipping method specified in the promotion.

International orders

Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside of Canada at this time. For US customers, please visit www.gbc.com . 

Prices and fees

We are happy to offer a selection of delivery and handling options, using our partner FedEx. Our shipping rates will be calculated based on location and shipping method chosen. 

Provincial and local taxes

GBC charges sales tax based on the destination of the order, in accordance with provincial and federal tax laws. GBC has a commercial presence in each of the provinces or territories to which we ship and is therefore required to charge sales tax according to the tax laws of that province or territory.
